Garda World Security Services is seekinga professional, dependable, and motivated
Security Supervisor
to oversee dailysecurity operations ataclient site. Theideal candidate will provide leadership to security officers, maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safeand secure environment.

• Ensure Garda World's co revalues are reflected in all business practices and employeeinteractions.
• Conduct regular
  exterior patrols to maintain asafe and secureperimeter and identifypotential security orsafety concerns.
• Monitor and operate video surveillance and camera systems, responding appropriatelyto security eventsand alarms.
• Operate and overseeaccess control systems, ensuring authorized entryandaccurate access records.
• Maintain accurate postorders, incident reports, operational logs, and security records.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients andserve as the primary liaison between
  
  Garda
  
  World, the client,and assigned staff.
• Supervise, mentor, andtrain Security Officerswhile promoting accountability and professional development.
• Review staffing levelsand prepare officerschedules to ensure adequate site coverage and operational efficiency.
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain the goalof zero workplacesafety incidents.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencieswhile ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation.
• Direct, supervise, and support Security Officersduring daily operations and emergency situations.
• Recognizeoutstanding employee performance and recommend reward sand recognition when appropriate.
• Address employee performance concerns, administer correctiveaction, and participate in disciplinary processes as needed.

• Must meet the minimum age requirement as required by statelaw or contract.
• High school diplomaor GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, corrections, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while leadinga team.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background screening.
• Must meet allstate licensing requirements, where applicable.

• Competitive Pay:$19.02 per hour
