Paul Davis Restoration | Full-Time | $17–$20/hour

Make a Difference When It Matters Most

At Paul Davis, we help homeowners and businesses recover after disasters like floods and fires. As a Water Damage Mitigation Technician, you’ll be on the front lines—restoring properties and serving your community in their time of need.

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and urgency
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and job sites
• Participate in an on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
• Support warehouse and team operations as needed

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Commitment to customer service
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using small tools
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to learn and grow
