Maintenance Engineer - Hotel

We are looking for an Engineer at our Residence Inn and SHS Tulsa hotels.

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Maintenance Engineer, where your technical expertise and proactive approach will ensure our hotel remains a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for guests and staff alike. • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems to ensure optimal operation
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
• Assist in the planning and implementation of renovation and upgrade projects
• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary

• Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or technician, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and emergency call‑outs as needed
• Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC are preferred
