Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Field Service Technician, based in Tulsa, OK, with some flexibility to work from home when appropriate. The Field Service Technician will perform installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of industrial cranes and lifting equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, conducting safety tests, and maintaining detailed service records. Additionally, the Field Service Technician may collaborate with clients to provide guidance on equipment operation and recommend maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
  • Strong skills in electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics for mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to industrial equipment and cranes
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints and technical documents
  • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
  • Basic knowledge of computer software for record-keeping and reporting purposes
  • Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights when necessary
  • Experience in the crane or heavy-equipment industry is a plus
  • Certification or training in crane maintenance, electrical systems, or a related field is advantageous
