Alarm Installation Technician.

As an Alarm Installation Technician at Revamped Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our valued customers. This is a W2 position that requires dedication and a strong commitment to excellence. You are expected to work more than 40 hours per week, but the rewards are well worth the effort.

• Follow Company Process:
  Adhere to established procedures for consistent service delivery.
• Upselling:
  Maintain a high upsell average to contribute to company growth.
• Compensation Structure:
  Receive a base pay per installation with additional commission on all upsells.
• Vehicle Policy:
  Use a personal vehicle when a company vehicle is unavailable and receive mileage reimbursement; after 90 days probation, you may become eligible for a company vehicle and fuel card.
• Remote Management:
  Receive guidance and coaching via phone from the management team in the absence of an on‑site manager.
• Training:
  Complete 2–3 weeks of comprehensive training in Dallas before beginning field work.
• Job Requirements:
  
  Run wires through attics and work with low‑voltage systems; a background check is mandatory for all applicants.
• Schedule:
  
  Work five days a week;
  Sundays off and one additional day off during the week.

• Earning Potential:
  Average earnings of $75,000 annually; top performers earn over $120,000.
