Infiniti Fire specializes in the design, installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire alarms, security, CCTV, and low-voltage systems as well as fire sprinkler, and fire extinguisher for the education, healthcare, industrial, multi-family housing, hospitality, government, retail, restaurants, and other commercial industries.

Impact Fire Services is seeking a Fire Alarm Lead Technician to join its growing team to assist in providing service, maintenance and installations to our expanding commercial customer base. ** Job Responsibilities*
* + Service, install, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot on a variety of fire alarm systems in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.

+ Read fire alarm data sheets, system manuals, blueprints as required.

+ Coordinate installations with fire departments and handle necessary records for notification of emergency calls.

+ Serve as a mentor and share knowledge/experience with others.

+ Perform administrative duties including completing service acknowledgements, NFPA Record of completion documents and other supporting documentation.

+ Maintain a fully stocked company vehicle in order to provide the best customer service with as few return trips as necessary.

** Job Qualifications*
* + Possess any necessary licensing and certification required by National, State and Local codes.

+ Minimum 3-5 years' related experience either in the fire protection industry or the commercial customer service business.

+ NICET or equivalent training from manufacturers or institutions.

+ Working knowledge of NFPA 72.
