Aircraft Electrical Technician - Tulsa, OK

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 06:00AM-04:30PM, Fri-06:00AM-02:30PM

Pay Rate: $37.00/Hr. on W2

This will be a Contract to Hire role.

US Citizenship is required.

Purpose:



Proficient support individual contributor. Works under limited supervision. May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise. Assignments are at times difficult requiring some judgment. Must be somewhat knowledgeable in interpreting electrical engineering drawings, component installation and wire termination list. Must be somewhat knowledgeable in standard electrical termination processes and tooling i.e. DMC, TE, etc. Be able to assist in post installation operational checks of all installed and disturbed systems.

Strong desire to learn the proper techniques in troubleshooting systems. Be willing and able to support the aircraft at times in the field when the aircraft are away from home station. Be flexible at times in work hours or shifts in order to meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 4 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
• 4 years minimum 145 Repair Station Experience
• Aircraft Electrical and Avionics experience
• 145 Repair station experience
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Skills:

• Power-point skills a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word
