- Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
- Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to support construction, excavation, and site development projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: $18.00+ DOE
Key Responsibilities- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, skid steers, and backhoes
- Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling tasks
- Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions
- Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and reporting issues
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Work closely with site supervisors, laborers, and other operators
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment (construction, excavation, or similar industry preferred)
- Experience with forkilfts, dozers, trucks, excavators preferred
- Ability to operate multiple types of machinery safely and efficiently
- Understanding of construction site practices and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret basic site plans is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Valid driver s license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when require
- NCCCO or equivalent equipment certification
- Experience with GPS or laser-guided equipment systems
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment
- Outdoor site
- Exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
