Field Technician

Our company is seeking General Laborers / Field Technicians to join our crew at our Little Rock, AR location. The ideal candidate for this position is reliable and dedicated, a team player who works well with others. We specialize in providing essential industrial maintenance and cleaning services, ensuring uncompromised safety and operations excellence for our clients. The Laborer will conduct daily tasks in accordance with established procedures, policies, and practices.

Carry out heavy duty tasks requiring medium to maximum physical exertion. Frequent standing or walking, lifting, and carrying materials or objects weighing 50 pounds, climbing up and down ladders or scaffolds carrying tools and equipment, working in confined space entry, stooped, crouched, or kneeling positions as required.

Set up and break down equipment, including hoses and tools, following safety procedures.

Perform equipment inspections and report any safety hazards or issues.

Must have reliable transportation and be ready for work at designated start times.

Majority of work will be conducted in an outside environment where you could be exposed to all weather conditions. You may be required to wear PPE.

Must follow all health and safety regulations.

• Ability to perform manual labor (i.e. heavy lifting, confined space entry, working at heights, working in the outside elements, etc.).
• Ability to wear a respirator.
• Pass a physical, drug test, and background check.

We provide safety training along with skills-based training.

Stream Tech is a drug and alcohol-free workplace. In addition to previous employment verification and background check, you must submit to a pre‑employment physical, drug and alcohol screen and ongoing random testing to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Customer requirements.

Field Tech 1: 0-1 yr experience, pay range $18‑$19 per hour
