Field Service Technician; Remote in Cincinnati, OH

Job Description

We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to support customers in the Cincinnati area. This remote, field‑based role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment. You will travel up to 2 hours from Cincinnati, serve multiple ZIP codes, and maintain strong client relationships.

Compensation: $22–$25 per hour plus a 10% incentive on service or parts sales. A company car may be awarded after six months of employment.

• Manage a multi‑zip‑code territory within 2 hours of Cincinnati, handling up to 80% driving time.
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks.
• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained.
• Use hand and power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

• Experience repairing mechanical or electrical components.
• Comfortable with significant driving time and working independently.
• Motivated by the opportunity to earn additional income through service and parts sales.
• Able to lift 55+ lbs and perform repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, or standing.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking (preferred).
• Experience with automated or electro‑mechanical equipment (preferred).
