Pay: $33.00 per hour

Location: Tulsa, OK 74131

Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal Field Service Technician is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical issues and determine solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and service manuals
• Document service work, repairs, and customer interactions accurately
• Communicate findings and recommendations with customers professionally
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Follow all company safety procedures and site requirements
• Travel to customer locations as needed

• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Previous field service or maintenance experience
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or HVAC systems
• Experience working with industrial or commercial equipment
• Relevant certifications or technical training

• Field-based role with travel to customer locations
• Exposure to equipment, tools, and varying weather conditions
• Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and movement
• PPE required as needed
