Mobile Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Mobile Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire position. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities throughout Northwest Oklahoma. This role requires a flexible work schedule, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and on-call duties for after-hours emergencies.

• Maintain and repair lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist the operations team with building and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct general interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, and repairing office furniture systems.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and basic electrical work.
• Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests.
• Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as needed.
• Perform facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Recognize safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
• Document work performance and materials procurement as directed.
• Possess the ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude.

• 3+ years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
• Valid state driver's license.

The work environment involves travel within a 3-hour radius of the Tulsa area, with no overnight stays required. A company van and tools are provided. The position involves physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving. Dress code is safety-focused to ensure compliance with all safety procedures.

Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $19.66 - $28.51/hr.
