Our client, a leading organization in property management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support team, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of various building systems.

Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Tulsa, OK

• Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts, to ensure proper illumination across facilities.
• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Perform general interior maintenance such as hanging pictures, installing office accessories, and repairing furniture.
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including toilet swaps and basic plumbing tasks.
• Complete special tasks like painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and other maintenance duties as assigned.

• At least 3 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and building systems.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft, and perform physical tasks such as bending and kneeling.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
