Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while working alongside licensed electricians installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments.
The ideal Electrical Apprentice is eager to learn, dependable, and committed to building a long‑term career in the electrical trade.
Required Experience & Skills- Basic knowledge of electrical systems or previous construction experience preferred
- Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred, but not required
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites REQUIRED
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Assist licensed journeyman electricians with the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and components
- Pull wire, bend conduit, and perform basic electrical tasks under supervision
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized job site
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics with guidance and training
- Assist with troubleshooting minor electrical issues under supervision
- Support testing and inspection of electrical systems and components
- Load, unload, and organize materials needed for daily projects
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support project completion
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Previous construction or skilled trade experience
- Valid driver's license
- Desire to advance into a Journeyman Electrician role
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work overhead for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Commercial and industrial construction sites
- Exposure to electrical systems, tools, ladders, and active job sites
- Indoor and outdoor work depending on project location
- PPE required at all times while performing assigned duties
