Position: Maintenance Technician - Riverside Park Apartments

We seek a Tulsa, OK-based full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Riverside Park Apartments. Your role is to perform general property maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to our residents.

As a work-family member, you will join our fantastic maintenance team and report to the Community Manager.

What You Will Do
  • Utilize your plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance skills to perform quality service orders efficiently.
  • Proficiently repair heating/cooling elements.
  • Proactively service the community pool.
  • Collaborate with team members for ideas and solutions.
  • Assist with grounds and maintain pleasing curb appeal.
  • Openly communicate with maintenance and office teams.
  • Assist residents with helpful, caring customer service.
  • Promote a pleasant work environment for coworkers and guests.
  • Be dependable when scheduled for rotational on-call duty for emergencies.
What You Will Bring
  • Currently live within a 20-minute commute.
  • Passion for fixing/making repairs.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • General understanding of appliance repairs, pools, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • HVAC certification (preferred).
  • Ability to work alone or with a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and techniques.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges, and have the desire to grow.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while managing priorities, maintaining schedules, and meeting goals.
  • Polite communications with residents, onsite staff, and management.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • A positive attitude.
