Envolve Community Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Forest Glenn Apartment Community in Kansas City, Kansas. The role requires general maintenance and repair work with specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. The technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and respond to emergency calls 24/7.
Duties- Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, toilets, sinks, and basic carpentry.
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders and documentation.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely and use proper equipment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Available for overtime and flexible hours (usually 8 am–5 pm, Mon–Fri).
