Roadside Technician

An emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. When a customer has a tire related failure, the Technician is dispatched to the customer’s location to repair or change the tire. The Technician is expected to be roadside during job duties and will also help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties as needed when no service calls are pending.

This position includes participation in a mandatory on‑call rotation. During assigned on‑call periods, Technicians must respond to after‑hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high acceptance rate. After‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

• On‑going training and further career advancement opportunities

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Performing match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including proper PPE usage, tire cage use, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.

• Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous commercial service tire experience.
