Warehouse Lead

American Home Pros is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Lead to take ownership of our warehouse operations and help support our growing HVAC and plumbing teams.

This is more than a job stocking shelves. You will play a critical role in keeping our technicians and installation crews moving by making sure the right equipment, parts, and materials are ordered, received, organized, and ready when they are needed.

• Order HVAC equipment, plumbing equipment, parts, materials, and supplies
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Receive and inspect incoming equipment, parts, and materials
• Verify shipments for accuracy and address shortages or damaged items
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse
• Track inventory levels and help prevent shortages
• Prepare and stage equipment and materials for upcoming HVAC and plumbing jobs
• Assist technicians and installers with locating and checking out parts and materials
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and deliveries
• Work closely with operations, service, installation, and office teams
• Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
• Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and company‑owned inventory

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and does not need to be reminded to get things done.

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and inventory or business management software
• Ability to learn new technology and software systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and accountable
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a team
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment, parts, and materials commonly found in an HVAC and plumbing warehouse

HVAC, plumbing, warehouse, purchasing, inventory, or supply‑house experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider the right person with strong organizational skills and the desire to learn.
