Description
Keep our operation running at peak performance! We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working on a wide variety of industrial equipment in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
What You ll DoPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, press brakes, rolls, drill presses, motors, and other machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
Install, align, calibrate, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
Maintain overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, manlifts, yard trucks, and other fixed and mobile equipment.
Diagnose and service gasoline and diesel engines, including routine fluid changes, tune-ups, and component replacement.
Complete work orders and equipment documentation using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Help maintain our facility through general building maintenance, lighting, plumbing, and structural repairs.
Promote a safe workplace by following OSHA standards, LOTO procedures, and participating in safety initiatives.
Position Requirements1–3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (technical school graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply).
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with a strong multi-craft aptitude.
Ability to service fixed and mobile equipment, including gasoline and diesel engines
Experience reading schematics, equipment manuals, and technical drawings.
Ability to perform routine electrical troubleshooting and crane/hoist maintenance within scope of training
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and CMMS systems.
Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and safe maintenance procedures.
Experience in heavy fabrication, structural steel, or pressure vessel manufacturing.
Overhead crane and rigging awareness (OSHA / ASME B30) or certification
Trade training or certifications in electrical, welding, hydraulics, HVAC, or related fields.
Forklift certification and a valid driver s license.
OSHA 10-Hour certification
Physical RequirementsFrequently walk and stand across large fabrication bays and shop floor areas for extended periods
Occasionally climb stairs, ladders, scaffolding, and manlifts to service equipment at elevation.
Frequently lift or carry tools and materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed to support operations.
Wear and properly use required PPE throughout the workday, including hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots.
Work from our Tulsa or Inola, OK fabrication facilities, with occasional travel between locations. Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for overtime, plus occasional early mornings, Saturdays, and on-call rotations to support production. This is a hands-on role in an active heavy fabrication environment where you ll work with industrial equipment while using required PPE and safely performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders and manlifts, and working throughout large production facilities.
