As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll work alongside a team of technicians to support the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems that keep our headquarters building running safely and efficiently.

In addition to performing routine maintenance and system inspections, you'll respond to tenant requests with professionalism, helping ensure a productive and comfortable workplace.
Through collaboration with experienced team members, you'll gain exposure to advanced building systems and tools while continuing to develop your technical skills.
Strong communication, accurate documentation, knowledge of building operations and HVAC systems, and an unwavering commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.

- Operates, maintains, and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other related equipment to ensure its safe and efficient operation
- Responds to tenant requests in a courteous and efficient manner and reports unresolved issues to leaders
- Takes readings on equipment regularly, analyzes readings, and makes adjustments to equipment as needed
- Maintains and operates chillers, boilers cooling towers, and related equipment
- Solves problems with building fire and energy management systems
- Inspects and tests elevators, fire pumps, generators, carbon monoxide sensors, and other facility equipment
- Must have Mechanical journeyman license with the State of Oklahoma OR a State Boiler Operator license and a first class limited Engineer's license
- Must possess an EPA refrigerant certification
- Must possess valid State Driver's License and clean driving record
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
Two (2) year degree from Vocational/Technical/Business school or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience; a minimum of three (3) years experience in the HVAC industry to include installation, repair or maintenance
- Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
- Carry or lift items up to 50 lbs. and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs. as needed
- Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time
- Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
- Use hand tools
Must be willing to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holiday as needed
- Weekends: 7pm - 7am and Thurs. and Fri. 3pm - 11pm
- Weekends: 7am-7pm and Mon and Tues 3pm - 11pm
- Mon.
- Fri.: 7am-3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am - May be required to work overtime
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
This role includes work performed within a facility regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Accordingly, successful completion of a background investigation conducted through the FDIC is required as a condition for obtaining an additional access badge.
