Coupling Welder – $24 BOE – Weekly Pay – Full Benefits After Probation
We are hiring a skilled Coupling Welder to join our team. Applicants must be able to pass a 3G plate welding test and demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety, and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Weld Couplings onto pipe and structural components using approved procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Perform high-quality SMAW/GMAW welds in multiple positions
- Inspect welds for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety standards
- Ability to pass a 3G plate test
- Experience welding couplings or similar components
- Strong understanding of welding safety practices
- Ability to lift, bend, and work in various positions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- $24/hr BOE
- Weekly pay
