Maintenance Technician

Green Bay Packaging Inc. (GBP), a family-owned, sustainability-focused paperboard and packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and converting equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and help keep our lines running safely and efficiently. You'll use drawings, schematics, and CMMS tools, follow strict safety and lockout/tagout procedures, and collaborate with operations teams to drive reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term equipment performance in a stable, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Use drawings, schematics, and CMMS to plan and document maintenance work.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and reliability improvements.
• Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts.
