Under the guidance of shop leadership, assist in conducting preventative maintenance and basic repairs on diesel and CNG vehicles to keep GFL’s fleet road ready.;
Inspect brake systems, engine components, emission systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other parts to ensure proper operating condition.;
Test drive trucks to diagnose malfunctions and ensure proper operation.;
Perform DOT, PM, brake and safety inspections on vehicles under supervision.;
Complete work orders and order parts; perform other administrative duties as required daily.
