Industrial Maintenance Technician
to ensure our equipment, yard, and facility operate safely and efficiently. If you have experience with industrial mechanical repairs, welding, diesel repairs and troubleshooting equipment, we’d love to hear from you!

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel mobile equipment, treating plant machinery, yard tools, and facility systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Conduct equipment inspections and report any potential issues to management.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

Ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies and company safety procedures.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs and assist in larger repair projects.

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred).

Substantial prior maintenance experience
, including welding, mechanical repairs, or electrical work.

Experience with
mobile equipment, diesel automotive, agricultural, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.

Ability to operate hand and power tools, weld (stick welding), fabricate, and follow safety regulations
.

Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Maintenance Technician is tasked with maintaining our facility's functionality, safety, and operational efficiency. This intermediate-level technician will carry out diverse maintenance and repair tasks, execute complex equipment inspections, and actively contribute to the overall performance and safety of our workplace. This role will have a direct impact on the ability to provide a secure and productive environment for employees and visitors.

ESSENTIAL

JOB DUTIES:

• Independently address and troubleshoot complex repairs, including identifying and resolving issues, diagnosing faults, and recommending improvements.
• Lead equipment inspections, identifying and documenting issues, and coordinating with senior technicians or management to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, identifying and promptly resolving safety hazards, and implementing proactive safety measures.
• Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory, providing data for performance analysis and cost control.
