Lee Plumbing, Heat & Air & Electrical is looking for a dependable and motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone interested in building a career in the electrical trade while gaining hands‑on experience working alongside experienced electricians.

• Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Install and assist with wiring, conduit, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and other electrical components.
• Learn to read and understand electrical drawings, diagrams, and job specifications.
• Use hand and power tools safely and properly.
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems and identifying potential issues.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and wiring as directed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and an organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical codes.
• Travel to residential and commercial job sites as assigned.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and other trades.
• Complete assigned apprenticeship training and continue developing electrical knowledge and skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous electrical, construction, or trade experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong interest in learning the electrical trade and developing a long-term career.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively alongside experienced electricians.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions for extended periods.

• Ability to safely lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to work on ladders and in confined or elevated spaces when necessary.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and job-site conditions.
