Electrician

We are currently seeking a “best in class” Electrician who will be responsible for the care and maintenance of all electrical systems, components, and equipment of buildings, machinery, and grounds. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, remaining flexible to handle anything that comes their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, maintaining procedures, communication, and customer service.

• Ensure electrical operation of machinery and equipment across production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems.
• Interpret technical data by reading, analyzing, and reviewing electrical schematics, technical procedures, service manuals, and work orders.
• Utilize specialized tools including a variety of hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment.
• Manage inventory by assisting in maintaining stock levels for required parts and supplies.
• Maintain safety standards by strictly following required work-safe practices, including lock-out/tag-out requirements and wearing all required PPE in safety-sensitive designated areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent; OR 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical electrical knowledge including extensive familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and motor control circuits.
• Blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret specifications, electrical schematics, and other standard documents.
• Tool proficiency with demonstrated knowledge of both hand and power tools.
• Physical capability to regularly lift 25–50 pounds.
• Core professional competencies including high integrity, self-motivation, strong teamwork, and demonstrated prioritization and time-management skills.
