Job Coach, Social Work, Career & Life Skills Coaching

Goodwill is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to support individuals facing barriers to employment in achieving meaningful, sustainable work. In this role, you will assess participant strengths and needs, create individualized employment plans, and provide one-on-one and group coaching. You will deliver job readiness training, assist with resumes, applications, and interviews, and coordinate job search and placement with local employers.

The Job Coach tracks progress, maintains detailed case records, connects participants to community resources, and collaborates with internal teams to advance Goodwill's mission of empowering people through the dignity of work.
