Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health in Tulsa is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager to provide professional case management and intake services to clients in treatment, through advocacy, referrals, and individualized care plans aligned with recovery goals.
Role is grant-funded and contingent on continued funding; primary duties include coordinating care, supporting clients, and collaborating with clinicians in the Social Work Department, with typical hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
