Role Purpose
:
Design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at client end, ensuring 100% quality assurance compliance.

• Understand product/software requirements and system design.
• Develop software solutions based on information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigate problem areas following the software development life cycle.
• Facilitate root‑cause analysis of system issues and formulate problem statements.
• Identify ideas to improve system performance and availability.
• Analyze client requirements and convert them to feasible design.
• Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts to investigate detailed requirements.
• Consult with project managers to gather information on software capabilities.
• Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, and requirements.
• Develop and automate processes for software validation by creating test cases and scenarios.
• Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Recommend and plan installation of new systems or modification of existing systems.
• Ensure code is error‑free and passes all test failures.
• Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.
• Ensure coding standards are met and documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress, documenting it.
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace results to quality risk, and report to stakeholders.
• Capture client requirements and clarifications to improve quality of work.
• Collect regular feedback to ensure smooth and on‑time delivery.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current on best practices and programming languages.
• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software‑hardware interfaces and develop specifications.
• Document and demonstrate solutions using diagrams, flowcharts, and code comments.
• Provide clear and professional customer communication via email, voice calls, and business etiquette.
• Respond promptly to customer requests with zero internal or external complaints.

• Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring: 100% error‑free onboarding & implementation, throughput, adherence to schedule/release plan.
• Quality & CSAT: On‑time delivery, software management, query troubleshooting, customer experience, completion of certification for skill up‑gradation.
• MIS & Reporting: 100% on‑time MIS and report generation.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000, based on location, skills, and experience.
