• Documented experience in designing the architecture of large frontend applications - including headless setups, integrations, and scalability
• Ability to make and communicate technical decisions, and justify them from a business perspective
• Experience in planning, estimating, and breaking down complex tasks for a team
• Experience in leading a team - mentoring, development, standards, definition of done
• Ability to collaborate across teams - backend / Magento, design, PM, client - and explain technical matters clearly
• Holistic awareness of performance, SEO, accessibility - WCAG - security, and maintainability

• Defining and maintaining the frontend architecture and technical standards for the project
• Taking responsibility for the quality, performance, and timely delivery of frontend work
• Making architectural and technical decisions on the frontend side
