World's leading distribution company is looking for a hard working and motivated candidate to successfully fulfill the requirements of the Dispatch Associate position.

This candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties depending on the daily work load. This position will require this individual to record the inbound and outbound equipment, monitoring scheduled versus actual equipment types.

You will use the "Feeder Scheduling System (FSS)" to record this information and report to dispatch drivers. Prior experience using this system is a big plus.

May be required to enter timecards of drivers. Proficiency with computers is a MUST.

May be required to work in an outdoor environment to ensure trailer positions match the computer systems.

Flexibility with schedule is a MUST depending on daily work load.

All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background screening.

Looking for individuals with a strong willingness to learn and have no prior attendance issues.

• Prior experience as a Supervisor in the Freight Industry
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Dept of Transportation laws and rules
