About the JobDomino’s Pizza hires many drivers because we offer a flexible schedule that fits the hours you’re looking for. You’ll have time for school, friends, or a second job if needed. We’re growing fast and have many paths for advancement, from delivery driver to management, franchise owner or corporate positions.
Job Requirements and DutiesYou must be 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery. You should have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated area, and the ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings. In store, you will learn all aspects of customer service, product preparation, and cleanup.

GeneralJob Duties for All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Employees may be exposed to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
Sensing- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. - Walking:
For short distances and short durations on ceramic tile, bricks, or linoleum surfaces; work surfaces range from 36 to 48 inches high. - Sitting:
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds (dimensions up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft) are unloaded with a hand truck; lifts are usually from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high. - Carrying:
Large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz) are carried from the workstation to storage shelves; pizza sauce weighing 30 lb may be carried from the storage room to the front of the store; trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time, weighing ~12 lb each. - Pushing:
Trays on dollies (24–30 each) may require a force of up to 7.5 lb to push; trays may also be pulled. - Climbing:
Team members need to navigate stairs or climb a ladder occasionally to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
