Our company is looking for a detail-driven Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in Tulsa, OK. In this key role, you’ll coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, manage small parts and LTL shipments, and keep communication flowing between departments and carriers to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

• Plan and schedule small parts & machine orders via UPS, Fed Ex, and Coyote LTL systems
• Monitor and respond to shipping inquiries and order updates
• Print pick tickets and coordinate with inventory and packaging teams
• Prepare international shipping documents and invoices
• Communicate proactively with the Shipping Supervisor and internal teams
• Support a safe and efficient shipping operation aligned with company values

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
• Willingness to learn shipping portals (UPS/Fed Ex/Etc)
• Team-oriented mindset and a positive, professional attitude
