Sign‑on Bonus: $8,000 (requires at least one year of verifiable Food or Beverage Delivery Driving Experience in the last five years).

• Build healthy business relationships and establish good communication with retail customers.
• Assist with delivery of Ben
  
  E. Keith beverage products to customers.
• Fill in for any driver as needed.
• Safely unload orders at customer location with a hand truck or jack.
• Organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves, and displays.
• Count, fill, and condense back stock and retailer shelf inventory.
• Verify order completeness with customer; obtain signature and payment.
• Maintain designated back‑stock area at customer location; keep it organized and free of trash.
• Check in product and pallets upon return to the warehouse and complete load sheets.
• Complete paperwork, including deposit of checks and money orders to the cashier.
• Refuel truck at the end of the day.
• Communicate with sales staff about opportunities or challenges.
• Perform job duties in grocery, convenience, bar, etc., and under challenging weather conditions.
• Report incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor.
• Operate all company equipment safely, consistent with company policy.
• Build displays as required.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the truck; report problems.
• Keep assigned company vehicle clean at all times.
• Meet all DOT and Ben
  
  E. Keith safety and compliance standards.
• Project a friendly, professional image.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Prioritize multiple competing priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments.
• Good oral and written communication skills; works well in a team.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, with strong attention to detail.
• Organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Basic mathematical calculation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Operate/drive single‑axle truck with 27 ft. trailer.
• Requires a Texas Class A CDL driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Work in various weather conditions.
• High‑school graduate or GED required.
