Yard Driver C Shift; Broken Bow, OK

Wednesday - Saturday 8am to 8pm

$18.45 per hour

This position is responsible for operating trucks and moving trailers in and out of loading areas while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

• Valid State Driver's license and pass MVR Qualification.
• 6 months experience operating an 18‑Wheeler/Shag Truck with a Trailer.
• Full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, all digits, and legs; able to stand for extended periods of time with a sense of balance.
• May work with corrective lenses if vision problems.
• May be provided PPE for additional hearing protection as needed.
• Must pass post‑offer health assessment and drug screening for externals.
• No DUI/DWI conviction within the past 12 months.

• Work a shift of 8‑10 hours, moving around the work area at a fast pace and willing to bend, squat, lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds.
• Clean the lot and pick up trash throughout shift and during downtime.
• Endure standing, walking, and climbing up and down from yard shuttle vehicles 100% of the time.
• Perform other duties as part of the routine as directed.
• Follow all Tyson Policies and Safety Guidelines.

• Work in a cold damp environment with temperatures ranging from –5 to 34 °F and exposed to outdoor conditions.
• Fast paced and require repetitive motion.
• May be exposed to inclement weather from time to time, working outdoors 100% of the time including both hot and cold weather.
• Team members must supply their own boots, wearing steel or composite toe boots that conform to ANSI 75‑lbs or more PSI rating with a slip‑resistant sole that covers the ankles (Composite toe preferred).
• Standing or walking up to 100% of the time.

• Proficiency in reading and writing.
• Ability to complete on‑the‑job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels.
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
