Job Overview

Illinois Central School Bus is hiring School Bus Drivers in Coal City, IL. Drivers have flexible hours and time off during school holidays. No experience is required; candidates will receive free CDL training and become a hero to children each day.

• $21.00 to $29.50 per hour for  (based on experience)
• Hire on now at our Wilmington location, represented by the Teamsters, at 24/25 wages starting at $20 up to $26.50 based on experience
• Paid training

• Flexible hours – no nights or weekends required
• Route hours guaranteed up to 5.5 hours per day when school is in session
• Additional work hours available with field trips and charters
• Summer school routes available – work year‑round with school holiday breaks
