CDL A Truck Driver Home Weekends Rider & Pet Welcome Full Benefts (Full Time)

Dedicated Account
Class A CDL Truck Drivers with 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, OTR – not yard jockey, trainer, or school) can earn $1900‑$2200/WK while getting home every week. Drivers earn $1900/Wk and receive a $2K sign‑on bonus with full benefits starting after 30 days. Benefits include Medical, 401(k), PTO, and more.
- Pay Breakdown:
Starting at $.70‑$.80 CPM with raises every 6 months. Earn $25 per stop and $240 per trailer unload. Average weekly pay $1900 with top drivers earning over $2200/WK. - Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000, paid as $500 after first load, $500 after 30 days, and $1,000 after 60 days.
- Home Time:
Be home weekly and on weekends 80% of the time. - Touch Freight Made Easy: 100% touch freight; drivers place lightweight boxes (1‑18 lbs) on a conveyor belt—no inventory, stocking, or store entry required.
- Modern Equipment:
Drive Freightliner and International trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and APUs. - Paid Training: 5 days of paid training at $150/day.
- Comprehensive Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) available after 30 days.
- Rider & Pet Policy:
Bring rider and pet after completing training.
- Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
- No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (includes any accident that results in an injury, jack‑knife or rollover).
- No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
- No more than 3 preventable CMV private‑property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
- No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
- No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
- If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
