Material Handler
We are hiring a Material Handler to keep materials moving across Inventory and Receiving and to serve as our primary driver. You will move and stage materials, drive a flatbed truck and occasionally pull a 16-foot trailer, and represent company at pickups and deliveries. This is a customer-facing seat and a strong place to start, with room to launch a career into other segments of the business when the job is done well.
What You Will Do
- Move, stage, and put away materials across Inventory and Receiving, and support counts and receiving.
- Drive a flatbed truck and occasionally pull a 16-foot trailer, carrying the driving when it is needed.
- Secure every load with ratchet tie downs and validate every part pick up against the purchase order or a supervisor's instruction.
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks safely, following base vehicle-operation safety.
- Represent company professionally at pickups and deliveries and record your work in the Manufacturing App as trained.
What You Bring
- Reliability and safety. Dependable, punctual, and safety-first, with the discipline to follow process and direction. This is the heart of the role.
- Driving and load securement. A valid driver's license and clean driving record, load securement with ratchet tie downs, base vehicle-operation safety, and forklift loading and unloading of trucks.
- Customer-facing presence. Clean-cut and professional, well-spoken, friendly, a good listener, and a clear communicator.
- Systems, as trained. Comfort using the Manufacturing App and basic tools as trained. We teach our systems and products.
- Character. Timely, efficient, and transparent, a self-starter who can make sound decisions.
What We Offer
- Pay. $37,440 to $47,840 per year ($18.00 to $23.00 per hour), Individual Contributor Band, with room to grow on demonstrated capability.
- Benefits. Company-paid medical and disability insurance, plus a benefit allotment you direct toward dental, vision, and other voluntary coverage; a Benefit Assist Card for out-of-pocket costs; a 401(k) with 4 percent employer match; paid time off; and annual and seasonal bonus eligibility.
- Hours. Standard hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., full-time and on-site.
- Growth. A strong place to start, with the opportunity to launch a career into other segments of the business when the job is done well.
- The company. A value-driven, debt-disciplined manufacturer that invests in its people and is building for the long term.
Working Conditions
This is an on-site role across the floor and dock and on the road: frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift operation, load securement with ratchet tie downs, frequent bending and stooping, and required personal protective equipment. The role is safety-sensitive under Oklahoma law (OMMA) and is subject to a driving-record review and substance screening. Reasonable accommodation is available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
