Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk positions in Tulsa, OK. Shift:  Mon-Fri 7:00AM-3:30PM

Responsibilities:

+ Process outbound shipments according to company procedures and customer routing requirements.

+ Package, crate, and secure products using shipping and packaging equipment, including nail guns and packing foam machines.

+ Prepare shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping labels.

+ Coordinate with Quality teams to ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and customer requirements.

+ Record shipment information, including quantities, weights, dimensions, and tracking details accurately in shipping systems.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ At least 6 months of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related environment.

+ Strong computer skills and ability to use shipping software and Microsoft Office applications.

+ High attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage part numbers, quantities, weights, and shipment documentation.

+ Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs independently and assist with heavier loads when required.

+ Forklift experience or certification preferred.

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and provide shipment updates via email and phone.

** Pay Details:**  $17.91 per hour
