Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet is seeking drivers for OTR dry van routes. Cadence includes 2 weeks out, home resets, live load/no touch freight, and 27-state coverage with a 59–74 cpm scale based on experience.
Training for new or limited-experience drivers is 4–6 weeks at a $650 weekly flat rate. Trainees can earn $1,200–$1,800 weekly on average with performance bonuses for safety and on-time delivery.
