The DC Associate will perform operational activities within a Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders and efficient and accurate receipt of replenishment product.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
  • Unload and put away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technology.
  • Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages).
  • Pick and stage product.
  • Load truck(s).
  • Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
  • Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
  • Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required.
  • Maintain a clean work area and assist in overall sanitation of the DC.
  • Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
  • Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager.
  • Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners preferred.
  • Safety-first mentality.
  • Prior distribution center experience preferred.
  • Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more.
