About the Role
Join a fast-paced team supporting both aerospace manufacturing and oil & gas supply operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping materials moving efficiently—handling everything from incoming deliveries to outbound shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
What You’ll Do- Manage day-to-day shipping and receiving activities
- Unload incoming freight and verify materials upon arrival
- Prepare, package, and ship orders to meet customer requirements
- Move materials throughout the facility using a forklift
- Track inventory and transactions within ERP systems (SAP a plus)
- Use RF scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Keep the warehouse organized, labeled, and audit-ready
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling environments
- Confidence operating a forklift (required)
- Exposure to ERP systems and RF scanning technology preferred
- Comfortable with computers and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy setting
