Inventory Control Specialist

In this role, you won’t just track inventory—you’ll play a critical part in keeping production on schedule, supporting operational excellence, and helping build a best‑in‑class warehouse system in a clean, climate‑controlled environment.

• Conducting cycle counts and routine audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies with a solutions‑focused mindset
• Designing and maintaining organized warehouse layouts and processes
• Processing inventory transactions using hand‑held scanners and inventory systems
• Receiving, issuing, transferring, and adjusting materials as needed
• Maintaining accurate, detailed documentation of all inventory movements
• Partnering closely with production, purchasing, and shipping/receiving teams
• Driving continuous improvement in inventory control and warehouse operations
• Following and promoting all safety, quality, and company standards

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role
• Hands‑on experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience setting up or maintaining structured warehouse systems
• Comfort using hand‑held scanners and inventory tracking tools
• Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory system experience is a plus
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
