Shipping & Receiving Associate

Join a fast-paced team supporting both aerospace manufacturing and oil & gas supply operations. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be essential to keeping materials flowing efficiently throughout the facility from receiving inbound shipments to preparing outbound orders while ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Manage daily shipping and receiving operations in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Receive incoming freight, inspect materials, and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
• Pick, package, and prepare outbound shipments to meet customer and production deadlines
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and process transactions within ERP systems SAP experience is a plus
• Utilize RF scanners to support real-time inventory tracking and inventory accuracy
• Organize, label, and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure a clean, efficient, and audit‑ready workspace
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service teams to support on‑time fulfillment and material availability

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handling required
• Forklift operating experience required
• Experience with ERP systems and RF scanning technology preferred
• Comfortable using computers for inventory tracking, shipping documentation, and data entry
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the workday
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, or oil & gas environments is a plus
