About the role
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse. This includes stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The role also helps organize shipment loading and transfer, and keeps records of documents by entering data into the inventory system. The role is responsible for following company and site‑specific safety policies.
What you'll do- Performs administrative activities associated with warehouse operations and the prevention of inventory shrink, including performing cycle counts.
- Ensures that merchandise is received and stored efficiently and economically, and maintains required records in conformance with company policy.
- Prepares shipments of materials in accordance with company policy.
- Walks, stands, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, uses hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaches with hands and arms, climbs or balances; and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience in the vinyl wrap industry is a plus
- Computer skills including MS Office and Inventory Management software
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
