Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away CPE shipments and material products into assigned bin/row locations.
• Fulfill CPE and material orders to Field Service Technicians, Installation Contractors, Solution Stores, 3rd Party Stores, etc.; monitor inventory levels and restock appropriately.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications and scanners to perform warehouse functions.
• Process CPE returns by preparing returns for shipment back to the PDC; sort, box, label, shrink wrap, and stage CPE returns on pallets.
• Monitor and restock Quick Pick locations to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Use lightweight warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts.
• Safely operate heavy machinery including forklifts and larger delivery vehicles for pickup, delivery, loading, and unloading of CPE, materials, equipment, and mail.
• Assist in daily cycle counts to audit physical and systemic accuracy of inventory.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• High School Diploma or GED; less than 2 years related field experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Basic computing skills (e‑mail, Microsoft Office) and aptitude for warehouse inventory management systems (CHAT, Oracle, ICOMS, etc.).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, stretch wrap machine, etc.).
• Physical ability to lift 50–70 pounds, push/pull pallets and carts, work outdoors, and tolerate extreme weather.
• Consistent capacity to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on‑call rotation.
• Preferred: at least 1 year experience operating 20–26 foot box trucks.
