Shipping & Receiving Associate Pay: $15-$17/hr
Multiple Shifts - Tulsa, OK

Blue Worx is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring products and documentation are processed accurately and safely.

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify materials against purchase orders and work orders
• Label and organize materials, tools, and inventory within the warehouse
• Pull and distribute materials for production, sales orders, and job sites
• Prepare and package materials for domestic and international shipments
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Assist with inventory accuracy and material tracking
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 45‑50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse environment
