The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual also counts and inspects product, notifying leadership of damages or discrepancies. Associates are accountable for safe and efficient operation of all equipment and are expected to perform all duties as assigned.

• Use a pallet jack to accurately pick and stage orders, then stack, package, band, shrink wrap and label products as required.
• Verify that products and orders meet quality standards, reporting any damages or discrepancies, and perform related packaging and labeling tasks.
• Execute safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work area, assisting in warehouse security.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including reporting equipment problems and performing routine maintenance as assigned.
• Assist or build grounds and equipment maintenance as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work overtime when dictated by business needs, whether mandatory or voluntary.
• Complete duties with minimal supervision or guidance, adapting to change in a fast‑paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Current or prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.

• Occasional handling/fingering, sitting.
• Frequent bending.
• Constant walking and standing.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 21–50 pounds, reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.

The employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles and works in a low to moderate noise environment.

Expected base pay range: $18.41 – $18.41 hourly.
