Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

Job Type: Full‑Time

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Seasons Corner Market. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and timely deliveries, contributing to a smooth operation within our warehouse.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Verify accuracy of orders before dispatching.
• Inventory Management
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Delivery Coordination
  • Prepare and load deliveries for transportation.
  • Deliver orders to designated locations in a timely manner, adhering to delivery schedules.
• Safety and Compliance
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in forklift operation.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds regularly and performing physical tasks.
• Ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (for delivery responsibilities).
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
