The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual is also responsible for counting and inspecting product, notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all equipment. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies and meet company objectives in performance, safety, and quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PICKING RESPONSIBILITIES- Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands, staging products in appropriate areas.
- Stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap, and label products as required by client specifications and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Use appropriate documentation to ensure all products and orders are received, handled, and shipped correctly.
- Verify that products meet quality standards, report any damages or discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Execute all safety protocols and perform tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS standards.
- Operate a pallet jack and other equipment as required.
- Maintain equipment and report any problems.
- Follow prescribed work methods for safe and efficient operation.
- Assisting in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Work overtime as dictated by business needs.

- High school diploma or GED.
- None
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures ranging from mild to moderate.
- None required
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform related duties.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability to change in a fast‑paced environment.
- 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
- Occasionally: handling, fingering, sitting.
- Frequently: bending.
- Constantly: walking and standing.
- Ability to lift 21‑50 pounds; reach above shoulder and outwards; squat; kneel.
The work environment has low‑to‑moderate noise levels and the employee is rarely exposed to fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals.

COMPENSATIONExpected base pay range is $18.41 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
